Loan Qualifications: Refinance federal, private, and ParentPLUS loans
Low Minimum Income: Borrower must have an annual income of at least $30,000
Broad School Eligibility: Eligible programs include any title IV degree-granting college and university
High Balance Borrowers: Consolidate and refinance from $7,500 up to $200,000
