Credible Experience Review Incentive Survey Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) relate to the Credible Operations, Inc., (“Credible”) “Experience Review Incentive Survey” (the “Survey”). By participating in the Survey, you (“you” or “Customer”) represent and warrant that you have read and agree to these Terms, as well as Credible’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms, unless defined herein, shall take their meaning from the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Credible reserves the right to modify or amend the Survey at any time without prior notice. If we amend these Terms, we will post the modification on the “Credible Website” (at www.credible.com), which Terms are effective upon posting. Withdrawal of consent to the Terms prior to receipt of payment terminates your participation in the Survey and eligibility to receive any accompanying payments. Continued participation in the Survey after any amendment will constitute consent to such Terms. Payments will be made by gift card within thirty (30) days of posting a (“Review”) (defined below), provided all other Terms are also met.

 

    1. Eligibility Period

The Survey commences on June 15, 2022, until otherwise discontinued or amended by Credible (“Eligibility Period”).

 

    2. Purpose and Overview

Credible is asking customers who purchased a home with a loan obtained through Credible and worked with a “Real Estate Agent” (defined below) to Review the process and experience of working with Credible. We will use this feedback to improve our processes as well as share your Review with the public to inform potential customers of the ease of use and competitive offers available through Credible. Although all customers who comply with these Terms will receive compensation for providing feedback, we insist that your Review remains objective and based on the entirety of your Credible experience. 


 

    3. Eligible Customer

In order to be eligible to participate in the Survey and receive a $500 gift card for your participation (an “Eligible Customer”) you must:

  • Purchase a property located in one of the following states with a loan obtained through Credible: 
  • Texas;
  • Florida;
  • North Carolina;
  • Kansas; or
  • Missouri
  • Be represented by a Real Estate Agent in your purchase transaction of the property described in Section (3)(i);
  • Provide the name of the Real Estate Agent to Credible in the manner requested, prior to obtaining the incentive (e.g., by indicating the name on the Credible Dashboard);
  • Consent to sharing your name and application status with the Real Estate Agent you provide to us;
  • Meet Credible’s eligibility requirements to use the Credible Service as set forth in Credible’s Terms of Use and you must comply with Credible’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and these Terms; and
  • Complete the Survey after obtaining your home through the website link provided by Credible in a separate invitation email. Surveys that show evidence of untruthful answers or answers that do not provide insight into your experience of working with Credible and the Real Estate Agent will not be considered as a completed “Survey,” and Credible reserves the right not to provide the incentive payment for such a Survey.
     

    4. Real Estate Agent

As used in these Terms, “Real Estate Agent,” means a natural person who represents the buyer in a real estate transaction and is licensed under applicable state law to negotiate, or attempt to negotiate, the sale, purchase, exchange, or lease of real estate.


 

    5. Publication

Credible reserves the right to publish or otherwise make public, in whole or in part, any Review submitted to Credible, including your first name. All Reviews published by Credible where an incentive is provided to the Customer will disclose this fact.

 

    6. Communications about the Survey

All communications relating to the Survey must be made in writing to: [email protected]


 

    7. Tax Reporting

You are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from the payment of the incentive for posting a Review.

 

    8. Participation

Your participation in the Survey is voluntary and will have no impact on your qualification for any loan or service with Credible.

 

    9. Relationship

Your participation in the Survey is solely as an independent contractor. Neither you nor Credible intend to establish an employment relationship and you are not entitled to any benefits.


 

    10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are subject to arbitration provisions, which are set forth in the Terms of Use.

 

    11. Severability

If any provision in these Terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and shall not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.


 

    12. Termination

Credible reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Survey or a Customer’s ability to participate in the Survey at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
